The Catalogue
- Although a great deal of care is taken in the preparation of the catalogue both in regard to identification and in respect of condition, we do not expect to be infallible and the occasional error is bound to occur. If any item puchased proves not to be as described the purchaser should report this within 48 hours of receipt of the item and return the item. When we have received the goods returned and had the oppurtunity to inspect them, provided that the item has been misrepresented and is in the same condition as when the item left us a full refund will be made.
- The items in the catalogue represent " an invitation to Treat " and not a formal offer, are subject to availability and the prices quoted can only be regarded as a guide.
- The Price guide does not include any Postage or Packaging Costs nor any insurances relating to the purchasers delivery requirements which will be borne by the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
- The Price guide is quoted in Pounds Sterling, the cost of exchange from any alternative currency will be borne by the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
- Goods will only be despatched on clearance of any cheque, order or draft received but will be within 48 hours of such clearance unless otherwise agreed.
- Discounts "for Trade" will not be considered for single lots but only on the basis of an established volume of trade
Despatch
The greatest care will be taken in packing the item for despatch. If any item is found to have been damaged in Transit such damage must be reported to us within 48 hrs of receipt and all the packaging must be retained for inspection. The purchaser must be prepared to provide a written statement describing the damage in transit in order that a claim against the carrier may be pursued. Provided these conditions are met we will endeavour to provide replacements if we have such in stock,
if not a full refund will be made once a claim against the carriers is established.
Shipping
We are based in Caernarfon, Gwynedd, North Wales, UK and are more than happy to ship to any destination. We would normally expect to use the Postal services, and for overseas shipping to the US, for instance, items will be consigned by air by standard scheduled service unless a customer requires earlier delivery.
Payment
We can accept Cheques,Banker Drafts, Travellers cheques, Money and Postal orders. For non Sterling Cheques an additional charge is levied by our bank for exchange of £10 per transaction which must unfortunately be borne by the customer. We are currently negotiating a better banking package, but until these are concluded these exchange charges must pertain.
Goods will only be released after payment has been cleared, unless otherwise agreed.
