Gadroon edged dinnerplate with excellent printing celebrating Sir William Hamiltons sale to the British Museum
of a collection of Vases including the Portland and Warwick vases, pictured in the design.Pale Blue pattern with the Central
panel depicting 3 classical soldiers and a horse in front of a statue, surrounded by an 8 sided floral frieze with the Vases
repeated diagonally opposite with classical buildings between. Stone China Cartouche unsigned, but the quality is typical
of Clementson. Stilt marks and light utensil wear and rubbing but undamaged and in good condition.
